Nursing care' was excellent.
Doctors also excellent.
Downside was -
1. Having nothing to distract you, leading to extreme boredom.
2. Losing control of decisions made for you by other people, occasional patronising attitude.

Harrold was exceptional and professional throughout the entire tenure whilst I was in the endoscopy unit. Gave a sense of reassurance of what was going on.
The operating team including Rachel really helped and informed me what was going on. Felt perfectly safe with the entire team on shift. :-)
If I ever needed to come back Harrold and Rachel are a must have.

The care was excellent and all nurses and doctors who attended me in any way explained the procedure thoroughly. I did not even know that the doctor had completed the procedure. He run so gentle.
Finally the unexpected cup of tea and biscuits were very welcome.

Kind a courteous staff really felt at home and in their care, I was most pleasantly surprised.
Staff all need a ray rise as for as I am concerned.
